Pinpoint's design capabilities span both the print and interactive disciplines. Our clients enjoy our ability to create campaigns that appear in both media simultaneously, and to re-purpose existing print work for the web.
Accordingly, the partners each dedicate their primary efforts along these lines. For the team as a whole, there’s a good deal of cross-over, and no one’s exempt from the “all-hands-on-deck” mentality that rules during deadline situations.
We use a stable of free-lancers to augment productivity during the peak work periods. In addition, we employ a number of individual programmers who each specialize in one area so we can assemble the best back-end team for each project.
We sometimes employ interns who assist us with both minor tasks and some production work; this process also helps them learn the basics of design and communication.
Finally, each client can expect that a principal of the firm will be involved in their project. The level of service we commit ourselves to delivering is very noticeable and is the primary reason all of our work is repeat business or from referral.
