HTML email is limited to 991 characters long.
HTML email raw source code is limited to 991 characters long in each line. Anything that goes over will spill to a new line and automatically add an extra white space to the beginning, which causes a word split into two or a split in the HTML coding and the email layout will be distorted.
Shorten your line and add /r/n at the end of each line and HTML email version should display perfectly.
